Core & Recovery
6 Week Postpartum Series
Hi mama, I am so glad you found your way here.
Whether you are in those tender first weeks or easing back in months later, this series was created to help you feel strong, supported, and at home in your body again. We will reconnect with your core, rebuild your strength, and move in ways that feel good, with no pressure to rush the process.
Over the next six weeks, you will have everything you need to feel informed, encouraged, and inspired.
The series is completely on demand, so you can begin whenever you feel ready and move at your own pace. Whether you have ten minutes or thirty, you will find tools that meet you exactly where you are in your postpartum recovery.
