14 days of Guided Workouts

Live Classes for extra motivation

  • 3 live workouts per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 AM MST)

  • A mat, light weights (2-3 lbs), a Pilates ball, and a resistance band will take your workouts to the next level, but don’t stress if you’re starting with just your own body weight. You can always add as you go. Shop my favorites here.
