  • 30 Days of Movement is open and ready whenever you are. No start date, no end date, no guilt. Just movement that meets you where you are and supports the season you’re in.

  • Our signature classes are 30 minutes. You’ll also get new, never before seen mini sculpt sessions under 20 minutes for the days you need something quick and doable.

  • Just a mat and your body. Light weights or a Pilates ball can be helpful but are not required. Modifications are always offered. Don’t stress if you’re starting with just your own body weight. You can always add as you go. Shop my favorites here.

  • Yes. You are always welcome to mix and match based on how you feel or how your schedule shifts.

  • No problem. Everything is on demand so you can catch up at your own pace or pick up where you left off.

  • Yes. You will be invited into a private group chat with others in the program so you can feel supported, seen, and encouraged throughout the 30 days.
