Think of it as a 7-day “test drive” of everything JHMovement offers. You will get full access to all classes, programs, and community perks. If you are loving it, do nothing and your membership will roll into the monthly plan when your trial ends. If not, you can cancel before day 7, no hard feelings.

You’re in the right place! My classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll find modifications, clear instructions, and plenty of encouragement so you can build confidence and strength safely, even if this is your very first time following a structured program.

Yes, many of our classes can be adapted for pregnancy, and I even have workouts designed for each stage including First Trimester, Second Trimester, Third Trimester, and Mama and Mini classes you can enjoy with your little one. I always recommend talking with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any exercise program while pregnant. Once you have the green light, you can modify movements as needed, listen to your body, and move at your own pace.

Absolutely. All workouts are online and accessible anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Just note that all pricing is listed in USD, and you may want to check with your bank or payment provider for any currency conversion fees.

Yes. JHMovement gift cards are a perfect way to share the joy of movement with someone you love. They can be used toward any program, class, or event. You choose the amount, and I will make sure your gift feels just as special as the person receiving it.

Invite a friend and you will both receive $10. Just log into your account, click your profile circle, and a pop-up will appear. From there, select “Refer a friend” to start sharing your unique link.

Most classes only require you and a little space to move. If you are craving a level up, I love using light weights (2 to 3 pounds), medium weights (5 to 8 pounds), resistance bands, or ankle weights. It depends on the class, especially now that we have added a strength category. I always offer options, so you can complete every workout with or without equipment. Yes. Your membership will renew each month so you do not have to worry about re-signing up. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.

Go into your account settings, click “cancel,” and you are all set. You will still have access until your current billing cycle ends.

Because everything is digital, I do not offer refunds once you have purchased. That is why I recommend starting with the free trial so you can explore first.
