We officially begin Monday, June 1st but you’ll have access before then so you can get settled, download the app, join the community, and take a peek before we start.

A mat, light to medium weights (2-8 lbs), a Pilates ball, and a resistance band will take your workouts to the next level, but don’t stress if you’re starting with just your own body weight. You can always add as you go. Shop my favorites here.

Yes! Download the JHMovement app so you can take Summer on the Mat with you wherever you go.
Inside the app, you can access the full program, book live workouts, stream classes on demand, cast workouts to your TV, and even download classes so you can move with me on the go.
