THE PRENATAL PRGRAM

Welcome, mama. We know pregnancy can feel beautiful, overwhelming, and full of questions all at once.

We created this program so you don’t have to second guess how to move through pregnancy. This is your 40-week guide to feeling more confident, connected, and supported as your body changes through each trimester.

Meet Jadyn

Jadyn Heck is the founder of JHMovement, a mom of two, and a prenatal-certified Pilates trainer. Through her Pilates-based movement platform, she helps women move with more intention, connection, and confidence. After experiencing pregnancy and postpartum herself, Jadyn knows how powerful it can feel to have movement that supports your body instead of leaving you wondering if you’re doing it right.

Meet April

April Ward is a pelvic floor physical therapist, founder of Strength In Her, and mom of two. She brings expert education around the core, pelvic floor, breath, pressure management, coning, doming, diastasis recti, sciatica, and birth preparation so you can better understand and support your body during pregnancy.

Together, we created this program to bring you the movement and education every mama deserves.

Inside, you’ll find week-by-week prenatal workouts, pelvic floor education, 360 breathing, mobility, birth prep, and core connection. All designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident through every stage of pregnancy.
