Meet Jadyn

Hi friend, I’m Jadyn, a wife, mama to two littles, and the heart behind JHMovement.

After years of pushing too hard and battling an unhealthy relationship with exercise, I discovered barre and Pilates as a way to heal, finding movement that left me grounded, energized, and strong. Now, as a mom, my passion is helping women redefine fitness as something joyful and sustainable, not punishing. JHMovement is your space to move with confidence, honor your body in every season, and carry that strength into every part of your life. I’m so glad you’re here.
